I’m Michael Purvis. I find what AI search engines tell people about local service businesses, and I help close the gaps that are costing you customers. Here’s the short version of who I am, and how I approach the process.
I’ve spent over a decade in home services marketing. These days I’m focused on one question – the one that’s quietly changing how customers, buyers, and partners size up a business. And that question is simply this:
When a potential customer asks an AI tool (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity etc.), who to reach out to for help with the services your business offers – what comes back?
Most owners have never looked. The tools name competitors with confidence, and either skip past the business in question or get it wrong. That’s a problem you can’t fix if you can’t see it. So I look, I find the gaps, and I close the ones that matter.
Before anyone talks about fixes, you need a clear, honest picture of where you stand today. Not a complicated report full of fluff, but a straight-talk outline of what’s there, and what it means.
Here’s the simple process I follow every time:
I separate the gaps that matter from the ones that don’t. You get a plain reading of what’s costing you, and what’s safe to leave alone.
I show you the real picture, the strong parts and the thin parts. No inflated numbers, no jargon you have to decode.
I didn’t change the work. I just gave it a bigger home.
I’ve folded the AI search visibility work into my agency, NH Strategic Marketing. Same work, same hands on it, but with a full team behind it. So if you landed here looking for me, that’s where we’ll talk.
My partner Kyle handles the first conversation, walks you through what the audit covers, and determines if it’s going to be a good fit for your business. If it is, then I get to work – and you start getting answers.
